About Me
Hi, I'm Sara Gaber, a recent Software Engineering graduate from Stevens Institute of Technology, with minors in Cybersecurity and Computer Science. My passion lies in leveraging my technical expertise to solve complex problems and contribute to innovative projects. I particularly love working on web development projects, especially front-end work in React (like this website) but I alsoy enjoy back-end work, creating and managing APIs.
Academics
Through my academic journey, I've built a strong foundation in programming with experience in languages like Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. My coursework and projects have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, from requirements engineering and development operations to testing and quality assurance. Collaborating with diverse teams and communicating with stakeholders has been integral to my success in these projects.

Career
Professionally, I have had the privilege of interning at Fiserv, where I explored the dynamic field of financial technology. This experience deepened my skills in evaluating banking software performance and using testing tools, all while working on deliverables within a larger team. I also had the honor of presenting my internship experience as part of a global intern graduation ceremony, further honing my communication and presentation abilities.
I have recently accepted a new position with KPMG as a Development Tax Technology Engineer! I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with such a forward-thinking team, and I'm eager to help drive the innovative solutions that KPMG is recognized for.
